Well-appointed and newly renovated room with a clean bathroom. Good beds, clean pool. Ideal setting, very close to a high priced market, a path and the beach.

Comfortable room with a pull-out couch 🛋️. The facilities were fantastic. The location was perfect, close to local restaurants, and the center of the area.

Located in the pretty nice zone, it was a perfect base for family vacation. This room was reasonably large and well-appointed. The location was excellent - short way from everywhere we wanted to go.

Everything was great at this hotel, excellent and attentive staff. I truly enjoyed the room with pull out couch, the bed was big. The location in a nice area was particularly good and beautiful. Also, Hither Hills State Park was 3 miles away.

The location of this place is in a nice area and stunning, with a market and stores nearby, and it's not very far from Walking Dunes; the room has seating for at least 4.

My family and I had a fantastic summer vacation at this hidden gem. We stayed in the one-bedroom units on the ocean and it was a true paradise. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful, perfect for relaxing. The pool, rec room, gym, and playground were all top-notch. The location between Montauk town and Amagansett provided a secluded atmosphere. The updated room with a king bed and TV in the bedroom was a great bonus. it was a wonderful vacation experience and I highly recommend this spot for families.

We always choose to stay at this hotel whenever we visit Montauk. The private beach is absolutely fantastic and it's the highlight of our stay. The location of the property right on the oceanfront is amazing. The manager of the hotel was very helpful and we really appreciated their assistance. The small kitchenette provided in the room was a major bonus for us.
